The Johnson and Johnson offices in Macquarie Park required a lighting solution that balanced visual comfort, performance and architectural expression across four interconnected floors. The project included a diverse mix of environments such as meeting rooms, staff kitchen and dining areas, a gym, visitor centre, retreat zones and breakout spaces. Novon delivered a complete design and construct lighting package that responded directly to the client’s aesthetic goals and functional requirements, ensuring each area received appropriate lighting levels and uniformity.

Working closely with Pro Electrical and ADCO, Novon’s design team developed a coordinated lighting approach that complemented the unique geometry, flow and spatial relationships throughout the workplace. The solution combined both standard and custom luminaires, including bespoke Organix pendants designed specifically for this project. The complete luminaire package provided consistency, quality and a cohesive visual language across the entire fitout.
